Why can't I find my order under my order history?

Orders that are placed before an account is created are going to be linked under order history.  If you placed your order BEFORE you created your account the order cannot be linked with your order history. 

Order will only show up under order history for orders placed after you created an account with Zetronix.  If you want to track your order simply check your email for an email from sales@zetronix.com we will send you your order number after an order is placed and your tracking number after your order is shipped via email.
