Where is my order?


  • What is my order number?

    Zetronix order numbers are nine-digit numbers beginning with 1000. You may see this listed as your invoice number. You can find this information in your order confirmation email from Zetronix, and if you made a payment via Paypal it will be included at the bottom of the Paypal confirmation email.


  • When can I expect to receive my Zetronix products?

    We've put together some estimated lead times from the time you order until delivery to your door at the checkout page when you placed your order with estimated shipping time.

    Free Shipping in the United States takes about 3 - 5 busiess days.

    Free Shipping to Canada takes about 3 - 5 weeks. 

    Frist Class Shipping to Canada takes about 2 - 4 weeks

    International Prioirty Shipping outside of the US takes about 2 - 3 weeks

    Internation Priority Express Shipping outside of the US takes about 1 week 

    If you placed your order before 4PM EST during business hours, you will receive an email with a tracking number at the email address you provided at checkout. Please be sure to check your Bulk Mail/Filtered/Spam folder for any correspondence with Zetronix. If you do not receive a tracking number after 4PM by the next business day, you may have placed a pre-order or placed an order for a backordered product.

     


  • When will my order be shipped?

    All Zetronix orders are shipped the same business day if ordered before 4 PM Eastern Time Zone.

    If you placed an order after 4 PM E.T. your order will be shipped the next business day. 

    Orders are shipped Monday - Friday with exceptions of observed national holidays.  

    If your order has not been shipped yet please check your order or the product if it's out of stock on backorder.  Backorder products will be shipped around the date of estimated Availability. 

     

    When an item is in stock it should have the in-stock item next to the availability status.

    When an item is on backorder you will see a pre-order above the price and date of when the item should be available again.

  • Why can't I find my order under my order history?

    Orders that are placed before an account is created are going to be linked under order history.  If you placed your order BEFORE you created your account the order cannot be linked with your order history. 

    Order will only show up under order history for orders placed after you created an account with Zetronix.  If you want to track your order simply check your email for an email from sales@zetronix.com we will send you your order number after an order is placed and your tracking number after your order is shipped via email.

  • Can you send me a shipping label to return my Zetronix product?

    Unfortunately, we do not provide return shipping labels at this time, to save money we recommend you using USPS service to ship the product(s) back because of its reliability and low cost. 


  • Once I’ve sent in my purchase, how long does it take to get my refund?

    Once we’ve received your purchase back, we can usually process a refund in around 7-10 business days.

    If you do not see it back in your account after 15 business days, contact support@zetronix.com with your RMA number and tracking number so we can help you quicker.

    Just a reminder: we can only issue refunds to your original form of payment. 


  • What is the return policy?

    We offer a 30-day return policy.

    We just want to make sure you're happy with your Zetronix Product.  Also, we offer a 1 Year manufacturer's warranty. 

    How do returns work?

    Returning your purchase is simple:

    1. If your purchase doesn’t live up to your expectations within 30 days of receiving the product then you may return it for a refund
    2. Returns must in the state you received them, and back in the original packaging
    3. You are responsible for shipping back to Zetronix. Send an email to support@zetronix.com within 30 days of receiving your product. Speed things up by sending your Order ID and describe why you’ve chosen to return the product(s). This won’t affect your return in any way, but it’s really helpful feedback for us as we continually work to improve all of our products.*

    *A couple of notes:

    • If you are returning your item because it does not fit your need a 15% restocking fee will be assessed to your return
    • Please DO NOT return any products back without an RMA or RA number as this will cause delays in your refund, to obtain an RA or RMA number please email support@zetronix.com
